These terms apply to the services provided by Dacey's Power Cleaning LLC ("we," "us," or "our") and to your use of this website. By requesting an estimate, booking work, or using this site, you agree to them.
We provide exterior cleaning for residential and commercial properties, including soft-wash roof cleaning, house and siding washing, driveway and concrete cleaning, deck and fence cleaning, gutter cleaning, and commercial building washing. We serve Puyallup and the surrounding area within roughly a 50-mile radius, across Pierce and King County.
Estimates are free and carry no obligation. Pricing depends on the size, surface type, access, and condition of the property. An estimate given over the phone or by email is based on the information you provide; if conditions on site differ materially from what was described, we will discuss any change in price with you before starting work.
Estimates are valid for 30 days unless we state otherwise.
Exterior cleaning depends on weather. We may need to reschedule for rain, wind, freezing temperatures, or other unsafe conditions. We will give you as much notice as we can and will offer the next available date. Rescheduling for weather carries no penalty to you.
To complete the work safely and on time, we ask that you:

Exterior cleaning removes dirt, moss, algae, and mildew. It does not repair or restore damaged surfaces. Some conditions cannot be fully removed by cleaning, including oxidation, deep rust, artillery fungus, paint failure, permanent staining, and etching in concrete. Where we expect a limited result, we will tell you before we begin.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for damage caused by defects we were not told about and could not reasonably have seen, including failing seals, loose or rotted siding, damaged roofing, or improperly installed fixtures.
Payment is due on completion of the work unless we agree otherwise in writing. For commercial and recurring contracts, payment terms are set out in the agreement for that work. We do not consider a job complete, or collect payment in full, until it meets the standard we agreed on.
Accounts left unpaid past their due date may be subject to a late charge and to reasonable collection costs.
Let us know as early as you can if you need to cancel or move an appointment. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer the slot to someone else.
Dacey's Power Cleaning LLC is licensed and insured in the State of Washington. If we damage your property through our negligence, contact us promptly and we will address it. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question, except where the law does not allow that limit. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We may photograph work we complete and use those photos on our website, social media, and marketing material. Photos show the property only, never your name or address. If you would prefer we not photograph your property, tell us before the job and we will respect that.
The text, images, and design on this site belong to Dacey's Power Cleaning LLC or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our consent. Customer reviews shown on this site were published by their authors on Google and are reproduced as written.
By giving us your phone number or email, you agree that we may contact you about your estimate and your service. How we handle that information, including text messaging and how to opt out, is set out in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Pierce County, Washington.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.
